Negara macam Sweden, Norway dan beberapa negara barat lagi bagus, mereka membuat pengkhususan kerja. Setiap orang ada 'speciality' masing-masing.
Kawan saya, bekerja di Norway, pukul 8pagi masuk kerja, pukul 3petang dah boleh minum dekat bistro, tanpa perlu risau nak punch card lagi, sebab waktu kerja dah habis.
'Student-student' saya yang dah graduate, semua kerja 'oversea' sebab kata mereka, 'less work, more pay, more pleaseure.
Kalau bekerja di Malaysia, katanya, 'more work, less pay, more strees'. Sebab itulah mereka semua lepas graduate, terus apply kerja dekat luar.
Bukan macam di Malaysia, tiada pengkuhususan. Kononnya mahu kurangkan bajet, maka lahirkan ramai pekerja-pekerja yang banyak kemahiran. Dialah manager, dialah engineer, dialah segala-galanya. Bajet memang kurang, tapi keberkesanan? Zero!!
Kawan saya, bekerja teruk, tapi gaji tinggi, bekerja di Malaysia la..
Pukul 6.30 pagi dah pergi kerja, balik 9 malam, mandi, makan, Bupp!!, tidur..
Yela, esok nak bangun kurang-kurang 5.45 pagi, sebab 6.30 pagi dah nak start enjin kereta.
Tu la Malaysia..
MALAYSIA BOLEH!!
so what's your point here?
